**Job Title: Field Sales Associate/Business Development Associate**

Location: Gujarat

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Probation Period: 30 days

Stipend Pay: Rs.5,250 (Only for first 30 days)

OJT Incentive Pay: 5% of sale value

Fixed Salary: Rs.22,000 - Rs.30,000

**Probation period evaluation**: During the 30-day probation period, your performance will be closely monitored. In your case, you need to sell two courses within the 30-day probation period.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct presentations to potential clients about the company's educational courses.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's courses and their relevance to the market
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Attend local events and community gatherings to expand the network of potential customers.
- Collaborate with college Coordinator for mutual benefit.
- To plan a sales strategies and to build a strong network in their local area
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements and challenges
- Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and preference.

**Qualification**:

- Any graduate / 6 month of experience can apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- .Good convincing skill
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
