Having strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and experience with logistics or supply chain operations are essential. **Responsibilities**: - Managing and coordinating all shipping and logistics activities - Reconciling stock and ensuring accurate inventory records - Checking and verifying invoices with accuracy - Assembling and organizing data for reporting purposes - Acting as a "deadline chaser" to ensure all shipments are processed and dispatched on time - Maintaining and organizing comprehensive MIS reports for all shipping activities, ensuring accuracy at all times - Ensuring the entire shipment process runs smoothly with zero errors, from initiation to deliver - Collaborating across teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process - Continuously optimizing processes to increase efficiency and minimize errors - Committed to delivering high-quality results - Proactive, process-driven, and ready to make a positive impact in a critical role **Requirements**: Relevant Experience - 5 Years Relevant Industry Experience - 5 Years (Shipping / Liner trade / Export / Trading House) Language Skills - Hindi, English (Knowledge of additional language is an advantage) Certifications - MICS (preferred) Driving license - International Driving permit /Indian Driving License Computer Skills - Proficient in MS Office, with advanced MS Excel skills **Technical/ Behavioral Skills**: Extensive experience in shipping industry with ship and port management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional leadership, organizational and time management skills.
