**Job description**

Team iScape Designers Pvt. Ltd is looking for a Site Supervisor for Civil Interior projects, who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your primary focus will be on interior construction activities, including but not limited to, carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, painting, and finishing work. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that quality standards are met and that client expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all activities on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement construction schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Manage subcontractors and laborers, assigning tasks and providing guidance as necessary to maintain productivity and quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or deviations from plans and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor material deliveries and inventory levels to ensure availability and prevent delays.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including daily progress reports, work orders, and safety records.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status as required.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, and promote a culture of safety among all workers on-site.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on construction methods, materials, and cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in civil interior construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, particularly in interior finishing work.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
