- _Sound knowledge of US IT concepts, sourcing, screening, and Recruiting latest trends._
- _Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, CB etc.)._
- _Making job postings on the Job Portal/s._
- _Maintaining Database on the Daily basis._
- _Interview/Placement ratio._
- _Strong communication and interpersonal skills._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
