**Responsibilities**:
Client Servicing:

- Preparing daily visit schedules for gardeners and ensuring efficient client coverage.
- Coordinating effectively with gardeners, providing clear instructions and tracking their

progress.
- Communicating proactively with clients, managing processes, addressing any requirements,

and keeping them updated on schedule changes.
- Maintaining positive client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Coordinating with clients to schedule one-time maintenance visits through cold calling.

Including upselling and cross sell of maintenance products & services.

Administrative Tasks:

- Managing recurring invoices in the system.
- Updating client data in Asana software accurately and efficiently.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Communication:

- Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and gardeners via phone and

other channels.
- Effectively collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in scheduling and logistics would be additional benefit.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
