Position: IT Recruiter/Technical Recruiter

Notice Period: 15Days(Max)

Job location: Okhla, DLF Prime Tower Phase-1(Work from Office only)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies.
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Managing end-to-end hiring of middle, Senior and leadership of IT/Technology
- Interact with assigned stakeholders across locations, understand their requirements and fulfill the same using quality resources within TAT.
- Sourcing - Developing and implementing various sourcing strategies including employee referral, sourcing from a portal (Naukri, Instahyre, Linkedin etc) & job posting.
- Conducting interviews and coordinating the entire process of recruitment.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Conduct job and task analyses to documents job duties and requirements

Pay: ₹11,195.10 - ₹41,213.27 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)
