Quantity Surveyor

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.
- Develop project budgets and monitor expenditure throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and standards.
- Prepare and administer contract documents, including bills of quantities, tender documents, and contract variations.
- Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Generate accurate and timely invoices for clients based on work completed and contractual terms.
- Review subcontractor and supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Track payments and ensure timely collection of receivables from clients while managing payments to subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs against budgets and forecasts, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and value engineering exercises to optimize project costs and enhance profitability.
- Take off quantities from drawings and specifications to prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor material quantities and wastage on-site, implementing measures to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,957.48 per month
