Key responsibilities:
1. Cost estimation and budgeting

2. Tendering and contract management

3. Risk management

4. Cost control and monitoring

5. Project planning and scheduling

6. Preparing and interpreting drawings and specifications

7.Conducting site measurements and surveys

8. Preparing bills of quantities (BOQs) and tender documents.

**Office-Based Tasks**:
1. Data entry and maintenance of project records

2. Prepare reports, valuations, and progress updates

4. Maintain project documentation and filing systems

**Occasional Site Visits**:
1. Conduct site visits to verify progress and quality (as needed).

2. Conducting site measurements and surveys.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
