**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the recruitment part and conducting interviews to source the best talent.
- Handling all the functions from employee joining to leaving formalities.
- Undertaking salary negotiations.
- Coordinating with the employees and solving their queries.
- Finding new HR consultants and negotiating with them

**Mandatory Requirement**:

- At least having 1 year end-to-end recruitment experience at an **IT reseller**.
- Must have the experience in domestic IT recruitment.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Having relationship with the consultants.
- Should have a graduation degree.
- Must be immediate joiner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Okhla, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
