Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the International Recruitment Department actively
  • Contact with candidates who are interested in working aboard and provide them information's and schedule their interview
  • Conduct preliminary interview of the candidates to check their academic qualifications, experience and suitability.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities related to international recruitments.
  • Ensure compliances with Government of India and company recruitment standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily / monthly reports and recruitment updates for the management.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
