We have an urgent opening for the position of QC Inspector/Executive

Job Location: GRSE, Kolkata

Min - 5 - 10 yrs of Shipyard Experience

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the installation and alignment of main propulsion systems, generators, pumps, compressors, and other machinery onboard ships.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials for installation.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and classification society rules (e.g., ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register).
- Manage a team of machinery fitters, mechanics, and technicians, providing guidance and technical support to ensure safe and effective installation practices.
- Perform functional tests and trials of machinery systems to ensure proper operation and performance.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document installation activities, including progress reports, equipment commissioning, and troubleshooting records.
- Collaborate with commissioning teams to support the final testing and acceptance of machinery systems onboard completed vessels.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
