**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Production & Operations Management**
- Supervise daily factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Monitor production schedules, coordinate workflow, and assign tasks to workers.
- Ensure all production activities align with quality standards and company policies.

**2. Quality Control & Compliance**
- Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to maintain quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Address and resolve any production defects or process inefficiencies.

**3. Team Leadership & Training**
- Supervise and mentor factory workers, ensuring productivity and discipline.
- Conduct training sessions to improve workers’ skills and efficiency.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

**4. Safety & Maintenance**
- Enforce workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or workplace issues.

**5. Inventory & Resource Management**
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to avoid production delays.
- Minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

**6. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of production output, quality control checks, and worker attendance.
- Prepare reports on production efficiency, worker performance, and factory operations.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations for process improvements.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **3-5 years** of experience in factory supervision, preferably in **manufacturing/production**.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and production planning.
- **Soft Skills**: Leadership, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- **Certifications (preferred)**: OSHA safety certification, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.

**Work Conditions**:

- **Work Environment**: Factory setting with exposure to machinery, heat, and noise.
- **Physical Requirements**: Standing for long periods, lifting materials, and wearing protective equipment.
- **Work Schedule**: Shift-based work, may require overtime or weekend shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
