Factory Supervisor
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the factory to ensure smooth production.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet required specifications and standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of factory equipment to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.
