**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists.
- Generate qualified leads by identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate products or services.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns, inquiries, and cold leads.
- **Product Promotion & Sales**:

- Clearly explain and promote products or services over the phone to prospective clients.
- Handle objections and questions from potential customers to convert leads into sales.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they remain engaged and address any concerns or questions.
- Maintain and update the customer database with relevant information after each call.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Accurately record details of calls, sales outcomes, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on telemarketing performance, including number of calls, leads generated, and sales closed.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor's degree
- Previous 1-2 experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.

**Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
