It- ERP Coordinator

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the setup and configuration of the ERP system to align with the specific needs of the cosmetic manufacturing processes.

2. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry into the ERP system, including product information, inventory levels, and production schedules.

3. Provide training sessions to members on ERP system functionalities and troubleshoot any issues that arise during daily operations.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the ERP system.

5. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in ERP management to enhance the effectiveness of the system within the organization.

6. Ensure the existing IT infrastructure is well-maintained and protected from cyber-attacks, data loss, and leaks.

7. Minimize downtime due to IT-related issues for all company members.

8. Provide timely resolution to IT problems and conduct preventive maintenance.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

4. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

6. Hands-on experience/knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ODOO).
