**JOB TITLE: IT & ERP Coordinator**

**Location**: Vatva, Ahmedabad.

**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The IT Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, providing user support for hardware, software, and networking issues, and assisting in ERP data management and troubleshooting.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide technical support to users for system, network, and ERP-related issues.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, printers, scanners, and network equipment.
- Coordinate with ERP vendor or internal team for issue resolution.
- Manage ERP user creation, access rights, and basic configuration.
- Assist departments in data upload, report extraction, and master data updates.
- Support software installation
- Monitor internet connectivity and troubleshoot network issues.
- Provide basic training and guidance to employees on ERP usage.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or ERP operations.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, networking, and basic SQL.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication and documentation skills.

**PREFERRED SKILLS (ADDED ADVANTAGE)**:

- Experience with ERP implementation or support and MS SQL Query.
