**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Design user interfaces with a focus on aesthetics and functionality.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and product objectives.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Provide feedback on technical feasibility during the design process.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback to iterate designs.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize design elements.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation.
- Present and defend designs to stakeholders effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
- Familiarity with social media poster creation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
