**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly digital interfaces and ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate concepts and ideas into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile apps.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement functional and aesthetic designs.
- Ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across platforms.
- Continuously iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Proficiency in design tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch**, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and collaboration with development teams is a plus.
- Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or ProtoPie.
- Familiarity with agile workflows and design handoff tools.
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG).
