**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and improve the user interface and experience for our digital products across
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and understand user needs and behaviors.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and

implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively

communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Evaluate user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
- Maintain and enforce brand standards and design guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a UI/UX designer or in a similar role.
- A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or relevant field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
