**Job Title: Junior** **UI/UX Designer**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible f or creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience. This role is open to freshers who have a passion for design and a strong willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to improve designs.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain consistency in design and follow brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- A degree or certification in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field (self-taught designers with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
