- Oversee day-to-day activities, including reservations, guest seating, and staff scheduling.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial and operational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations.
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
