As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our study abroad consulting services to prospective students and their families. Your primary goal will be to increase enrollment and revenue by effectively communicating the benefits of studying abroad and lining up the students with counselors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including online inquiries, referrals, events, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, school counselors, and other stakeholders to guide them through the enrollment process.
- Consult with students to understand their academic interests, career aspirations, and personal preferences to recommend suitable study abroad consulting services.
- Collaborate with the counselling team to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students and assist with any necessary paperwork or documentation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in immigration and visa regulations to provide accurate and timely information to students.
- Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, fairs, and conferences to promote our study abroad services and expand our network.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
