**Position**: Junior Business Development Representative (BDR)

**Industry**: Software Solutions & Field Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial discovery meetings with potential clients, both virtually and in-person.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Shadow senior sales representatives during field visits and client meetings.
- Participate in local industry events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to utilize lead generation campaigns.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 0-2 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS experience preferred but not required).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

**Most Important and Non-negotiable requirement: Applicants must have completed minimum 1 year of uninterrupted service at their current/past 2 companies. Those with less than 1 year of experience in the last 2 companies PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.**

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
