**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Reach office on time
- Be Well dressed Groomed & Clean Shaved.
- Keep the arena well maintain and clean.
- Once you enter the park make sure everything is in place and check all the equipment’s trampoline padding, Spring Net etc.
- Check all rides if you found anything wrong, please report it to Operation Manager Immediately.
- Take care of guests who visit us in the park in terms of safety and other aspects you have to make sure all the time that people are inside should follow our safety norms and tell every guest rule of every ride
- Must have Proper information about first aid, medical help wheelchair, and stretcher.
- If anybody breaks the rules please report immediately to Operation Manager.
- Talk to everyone very politely Greet everyone and assist them with all the activities be attentive in front of the customer
- In front of customers, no group chatting or no group making
- While signing off make sure everything is in place if you find anything in the park submit it to the front office and report to your duty manager.
- Make sure and tell every customer strictly not to jump on Professional mates until you have any experience or have done it before.
- Also, make sure no staff should jump on a professional mat.
- Your safety is a priority to us but at the same time don’t do anything beyond your ability management would not responsible if anything happened to you of your own mistakes
- Kindly adhere to all the above policies if you failed to do so management has the right to take action.
- Keep your locker key safe.
- Keep your mobile inside the locker only not allowed inside the area.
- Keep Staff Room Clean.
In hand Salary: ₹12489.00 per month + PF+ ESI
