**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a Rubber Compound Chemist at a Rubber Roller Company, your role involves:

- Maintaininanrubber compounds to meet specific performance requirements for rubber rollers.
- Conducting research and experiments to optimize rubber compound formulations for durability, resilience, and other desired properties.
- Analyzing raw materials and selecting appropriate ingredients to achieve desired compound characteristics.
- Testing and evaluating the physical and chemical properties of rubber compounds using laboratory equipment and techniques.
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure that compound formulations meet quality standards and manufacturing requirements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to compound performance or production processes.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, new materials, and advancements in rubber compound technology.
- Documenting formulation recipes, test results, and process parameters for quality control and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

You'll need a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or Diploma polymer science, or a related field, if Rubber knowledge added benefit experience in rubber compound formulation and testing. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this role. Company will give training and he need to manage production data etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
