Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and technically strongTechnical Sales Managerto spearhead our sales and customer engagement efforts in thepaints & coatings segment. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth product knowledge, market understanding, and a consultative sales approach to drive business growth in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell specialty chemicals and raw materials forpaints, coatings, inks, and allied industries.
- Manage existing key accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Providetechnical support and product recommendationsbased on customer requirements and application needs.
- Conduct product trials, troubleshooting, and technical presentations to demonstrate value.
- Coordinate withsuppliers and internal teamsfor product development, pricing, and delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to provide market insights.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, margins, and strategic growth objectives.
- Prepare and submit business reports, forecasts, and project updates to management.
- Represent Pon Pure Chemicals at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and technical seminars.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education:B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or Paint Technology.
- Experience:4+ years of experience intechnical sales, business development, or application supportin thepaints & coatings industry.
- Strong knowledge of products such asresins, binders, pigments, dispersing agents, defoamers, and other additivesused in decorative and industrial coatings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large accounts and drive high-value sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willing to travel across assigned territories as required.
