Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between technology and business. The candidate will be responsible for client engagement, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and sales support. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge in automation and strong communication skills to showcase our solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their automation needs and requirements.
  • Conduct product demos (machine vision systems, sensors, barcode readers, PLC/SCADA solutions).
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design solutions based on client requirements.
  • Support pre-sales activities including BOM preparation, cost estimation, and solution design.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer workshops to promote products.
  • Provide post-demo feedback to the technical team for product/solution improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation.
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in technical sales/application engineering.
  • Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, sensors, barcode readers, or machine vision systems.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to client locations for demos and technical meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CAD/automation tools is an added advantage.
