
CRM Executive

We are looking for a skilled and motivated **CRM Executive** to join our dynamic team, he/she will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management to enhance customer satisfaction, client engagement and need to work closely with marketing and sales teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Excellent verbal and written communication to build relationships and present ideas.
Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Stay updated on project details to provide accurate information and address customer queries.
Conduct presentations and site visits to prospective clients.
Coordinate client site visits, events, and post-project feedback.
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
**Experience**: 3-5+ years in customer relationship management, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
**Skills**:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Pleasing Personality, Good PR, Social and Networking Skills to enhance customer base.
Out-Of-the box thinker and deliver for self and the team.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Data analysis and reporting expertise.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
