IT Administrator

**Position**:
IT Administrator Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Salary Package: INR 15 LPA to INR 23 LPA

**Responsibilities**:
Network Administration: Maintain and configure the company's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN). Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure smooth connectivity.

**Tally Operations**: Proficiently handle Tally software to manage financial transactions, generate reports, and support accounting activities.

**OS Setups**: Install and configure operating systems on computers, ensuring they are up-to-date and securely patched.

**Security Cameras**: Set up, manage, and maintain security camera systems to ensure the safety and security of company premises.

**Hardware and Software Support**: Provide technical support to end-users on hardware and software-related issues, resolving problems promptly.

**Data Backup and Recovery**: Implement effective data backup strategies and ensure data recovery procedures are in place to safeguard critical information.

**IT Infrastructure Management**: Oversee the overall IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and security.

**Vendor Management**: Collaborate with external vendors for IT-related procurement, maintenance, and support.

**IT Security**: Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proficiency in networking concepts, LAN/VAN configurations, and troubleshooting.

Strong working knowledge of Tally software and accounting principles.

Experience in server installations, OS setups, and system administration.

Familiarity with security camera systems and their installation.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per year
