**Work Hours**: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
**Location**: Remote (Collaboration via Slack)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Support Executive at Tradetron. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients through chat and calls, resolving a variety of technical and non-technical issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt and effective support to clients via chat and calls.
- Assist clients with various scenarios, including technical and non-technical concerns.
- Offer guidance on trading-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members via Slack to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of trading, particularly with respect to major Indian exchanges.
- Familiarity with trading jargon, as well as a basic understanding of the Indian stock, options, and derivatives markets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior trading experience is a must.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Punctual and able to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

- Bachelor's (required)
