**Job Summary**:
Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Experience: into US/ IT Staffing

Timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (US Night SHIFTS)

Location: Pune (Work From Office Only) Strictly

CTC: As per company norms

**Responsibilities**:
Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.Working experience with Federal Clients.

Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).

Experience recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EADs consultants.

Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed and LinkedIn.

Good to have experience working on VMS requirements.

Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.

Maintain strict turnaround time and adhere to specific requirements.Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan.

Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn and other available online forums.

Maintain a keen eye on the latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment processes.

Responsible for handling activities/ tasks allocated by the TL or Techila Global Services LTD

**Qualification/ Requirement**:
Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.

Good understanding of the IT Terms and Technologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Understanding of US Recruitment Cycle, Tax Terms, Work Status etc.

Good understanding of the Internet and MS office is a must.

Prior work experience in IT recruitment would be preferred.

**Should be ready to work in the night shift**.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
