- Build strong relationships with parents and students, **earning their trust and confidence**.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage lead pipelines efficiently.
- Strong **communication and convincing skills**.
- Experience or knowledge in **educational marketing or admissions counselling**.
- Familiarity with **competitive exam coaching** like **NEET, JEE & MHT-CET**.
- Self-motivated with a professional and approachable attitude.
- Willingness to travel locally for **home visits/field work**.

Pay: ₹11,649.17 - ₹20,000.00 per month
