The Service Planner ensures proper planning & delivery of ZwickRoell customer support services in India, which demands result-oriented processes and practices, work with demanding targets to improve the reaction time for service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assure timely service delivery as per the customer contacts
- Schedule service activities in CRM system & plan the service delivery calendar for Annual Maintenance Contract, calibration, installation, warranty support etc.
- Analyse the current work force availability status & schedule the weekly/monthly visits as per priority.
- Monitoring & updating the service calendar daily in pulse to implement the new jobs or any change in plan
- Proper documentation records & storage e.g. visit reports, checklists in dossier file in file server.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups to plan the service visits for spare, machine installation
- Preparation & submission of weekly reports for the service delivery to service manager
- Preparation & submission of monthly report on capacity utilization to service manager
- Apart from these, routine activities like smooth correspondence with order processing department
- Any other ad-hoc duty assigned by service manager.

**Education**
- College / University degree

**Experience**
- Prior experience of 3 - 4 years in customer support is a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service delivery

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills as this position must work seamlessly with customers
- Strong analytical capability to plan
- Proficiency with PC software and good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Task

- Must be a team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in English, Hindi & Tamil language
- Proficiency in German language would be advantageous
- 10% travel requirement

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
