Client Relationship Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues..
- Regularly follow up with dealers.
- Coordinate with different departments.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improvement.
- Develop and execute customer retention strategies.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to track performance.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on CRM tools and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in customer care or CRM.
- Proficient in Clevertap, Leadsquare, Hubspot, and MSassit.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to develop and implement customer retention strategies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
