IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and persuasive product presentations to potential clients.

Handle client interactions professionally and build long-term relationships.

Understand client needs and suggest suitable HRMS/CRMS solutions.

Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.

Coordinate with internal product and support teams.

**Requirements**:
Experience in B2B sales, especially in the HRMS or CRMS domain.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in handling meetings with decision-makers (Managers, HODs, Directors).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Preferred:
Background in SaaS or enterprise software sales.

Knowledge of HR or CRM processes is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
