**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Depository Operations: Manage and maintain depository accounts, including account opening, closure, and modification.

2. Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues related to depository services.

3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEBI and Depository Participant (DP) regulations.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client documents, including KYC, PAN, and other relevant documents.

5. Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of depository accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

6. Reporting: Generate reports on depository operations, including account statements and transaction reports.

7. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including customer care and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Qualifications**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in depository operations or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.

3. Certifications: NISM certification in Depository Operations or equivalent.

**Skills**:
1. Depository Operations: Strong understanding of depository operations, including account management and compliance.

2. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

3. Analytical: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to depository operations.

4. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of client documents and transactions.

5. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

6. Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work with other departments.
