**Job Title: Customer Care Executive-Insurance**

**Location**: Vadodara
**Experience Required**: 2-4 years (from the Insurance domain)
**Salary**: ₹2.2 LPA - ₹3 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process new insurance Quotations, renewals, customer services, and policy changes.
- Review and enter data into systems accurately and quickly.
- Support claims processing by collecting and verifying documents.
- Communicate with internal teams (like sales, underwriting, and customer service) to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Help improve internal workflows and suggest ideas for more efficient processes.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed.
- Conduct fact finding to generate and follow up on insurance quotations and endorsements.
- Deliver excellent service to all customers.
- Handle customers' queries and feedback.
- Provide various premium collection reports for commission payout purpose.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience** in insurance (life, health, property, or general) or a similar back-office operations role is a plus.
- Strong **attention to detail** - accuracy matters a lot in this job.
- Good **communication skills** - you’ll work with different teams.
- Comfortable with **spreadsheets and basic software tools** (Excel, Word, CRM or insurance platforms).
- Able to **multi-task and manage time** well under deadlines.
- A **problem-solver** who takes initiative and works independently when needed.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of insurance terms, products, and processes
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in insurance
- Prior experience in a General Insurance/ Life insurance/ Health Insurance.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
