**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in handling compliances related to Stock Exchange, Commodity Exchange and Depository Participant.

3. Communication with all exchanges, SEBI and Depositories.

4. Preparation of audit and inspection related data for exchanges and SEBI.

5. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action

6. Handling work related to meeting of working capital requirements and dealing with banks/NBFC.

1. Graduate / Post Graduate (finance) with 0-1 year experience

2. Good Knowledge of impacts of Financial Accounting and Management

3. Hands on excel and word

4. Prior working with stock broker/AP or regulatory knowledge will be added advantage.

1. Self-starter with a can-do attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges.

2. Showcase good critical thinking and analytical skills.

3. Excellent Communication and managerial skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
