Responsibilities:

- Support the Compliance Team with day-to-day tasks.
- Help in formation of Policies and assess compliance with laws.
- Work with different teams to update compliance policies.
- Stay updated on laws and industry trends for compliance.
- Assist in creating and giving compliance training to staff.
- Aid in investigating compliance issues and suggesting fixes.
- Keep accurate records of compliance activities.
- Assist in improving compliance monitoring processes.
- Help during internal and external audits.
- Support a culture of integrity and ethics within the company.
- Help in conducting various meetings and drafting.
- Thorough knowledge of Acts and Regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Previous experience in compliance or related fields is a plus.
- Professional certification like CCEP is advantageous.
- Full-time availability.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
