We want to find a talented and motivated Paid Social Media Executive to join our growing team in India. You’ll be contributing to the social media strategy to meet our business objectives.

**What will you be doing?**

You will manage incoming and proactive communications with customers on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Deliver, test and analyse a paid social media strategy across multiple platforms to meet business needs and objectives.
- You will be responsible for budget management across all platforms.
- Leading campaign development, through ongoing testing and proactive innovation
- Optimise account performance, through effective targeting and SEO strategy
- Reporting on paid social media campaign results
- Collaborate with the social media and PPC teams

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written skills
- A demonstrated history of successful paid social media campaigns
- A passion for promoting an understanding of neurodiversity, inclusivity and accessibility
- The ability to effectively manage multiple paid social campaigns
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics tools.
