**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Full Stack Development with a focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js ).
- Create engaging and interactive course materials, including lectures, hands-on exercises, and projects.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and succeed in their learning journey.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure course content is current and relevant.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and exams, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve the training program.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, specifically with the MERN stack.
- Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a professional or academic setting.
- Strong understanding of web development concepts, including front-end and back-end development, databases, and APIs.
- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to beginners.
- Passionate about technology and education, with a commitment to helping students succeed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with additional technologies and tools commonly used in Full Stack Development (e. g., Git, Docker, AWS).
- Prior experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and tools.
