**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an **experienced full-stack developer & trainer** skilled in **MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)** with additional expertise in **Python (Django/Flask)** and **.NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC)**.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical sessions, mentoring students, and preparing them for real-world IT projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive classroom and online training sessions on **MERN Full Stack**, **Python Full Stack**, and **.NET Full Stack** technologies.
- Design and update course materials, projects, and assignments based on current industry trends.
- Guide and mentor students on project development and career paths.
- Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up to date with the latest development tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and training delivery.

**Required Technical Skills**:
**MERN Stack**:

- MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
- RESTful APIs, JWT Authentication, Redux, Hooks

**Python Stack**:

- Python (Core & Advanced), Django / Flask Framework
- Database Integration, REST APIs

**.NET Stack**:

- C#, ASP.NET /.NET Core, MVC Architecture
- SQL Server, Entity Framework

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Git & GitHub
- Cloud basics (AWS / Azure)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & version control
