As a MEAN/MERN Trainer at our Training Institute, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals or groups of students interested in learning the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) or MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) technology stack.

Your role will involve conducting interactive training sessions, creating and updating course materials, providing guidance and support to students, and assessing their progress throughout the training program.

1.Conduct training sessions:
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on the MEAN or MERN technology stack.

Use a variety of teaching techniques and tools to ensure effective learning, such as lectures, discussions, hands-on exercises, and group activities.

Adapt training materials to meet the needs of different skill levels and learning styles.

2.Course material development:
Develop and update training course materials, including presentations, code samples, exercises, and projects.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in the MEAN/MERN stack and incorporate them into the training curriculum.

3.Student support and guidance:
Provide guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey.

Answer student questions, provide clarifications, and address any challenges or difficulties they may encounter.

Offer constructive feedback on student assignments and projects.

4.Evaluation and assessment:
Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring they meet the learning objectives and achieve desired outcomes.

Assess student performance through quizzes, exams, projects, and other evaluation methods.

Provide individualized feedback and recommendations for improvement.

5.Stay updated and continuous learning:
Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills in the MEAN/MERN stack to stay current with industry trends.

Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions to expand your expertise.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate
- Previous experience in training or teaching, preferably in a professional setting or educational institution.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide students through challenges.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development.
- Patience and empathy to work with students of different skill levels and backgrounds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:
