**CRM Executive**

**Job Summary**: The CRM Executive plays a crucial role in managing and leveraging the organization’s CRM system to ensure optimal utilization for marketing and customer relationship purposes. This role focuses on managing customer data, running targeted marketing campaigns, and analyzing the effectiveness of these campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Oversee the proper integration, cleansing, and maintenance of customer data in the CRM system. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute CRM marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- **User Support and Training**: Provide support and training to users of the CRM system across different departments, ensuring they can make effective use of the system.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate regular reports on CRM metrics, including customer engagement and campaign performance. Use data to provide insights and actionable recommendations to the marketing and sales teams.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service departments to ensure the CRM system meets the needs of the organization and enhances customer relationships.
- **System Enhancement**: Assist in the development and implementation of improvements and new features within the CRM system based on feedback from users and management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all CRM activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Executive or similar role, ideally within a customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and database systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
- Skilled in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office environment with standard working hours.
- May require occasional extended hours to meet deadlines or support campaign launches.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
