**IT Support - Jewellery Business**

**Location : Thrissur and Palakkad**

**## Job Description**

**## Responsibilities**

1. **Provide IT Support**: Respond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc.

2. **System Maintenance**: Ensure systems are updated and running efficiently. Manage system backups, security, and firewalls.

3. **User Support**: Assist staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.

4. **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, or via phone.

**## Qualifications**

1. **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

2. **Experience**: 1+ years of IT Support experience.

3. **Communication Skills**: Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.

4. **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

**## Additional Information**

The IT Support Specialist will also be responsible for assisting with the implementation and maintenance of our e-commerce platform and ensuring the security of digital assets. Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
