**Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Communication & Rapport Building**:

- Regularly call and communicate with suppliers (every 7 to 15 days) to maintain strong relationships.
- Stay updated on new market trends, products, and innovations.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to gather updates and requirements, especially regarding rate finalization.
- **Rate Negotiation**:

- Work on price negotiations based on requirements shared via Slack or other platforms by the sales team.
- **Final Rate Sharing**:

- Share finalized purchase rates with the accounts team for approval and record-keeping.
- **Purchase Order (PO) Management**:

- Create Purchase Orders (PO) in the EMS system.
- Share the finalized PO with the respective suppliers.
- **Delivery & Tracking**:

- Maintain and track delivery schedules to ensure materials are received on time.
- Regularly update the delivery date sheet and monitor timely delivery.
- **Cross-Verification**:

- Conduct cross-verification of PO, purchase bills, and physical stock to ensure accuracy.
- **Accounts Coordination**:

- Hand over purchase bills to the accounts department for processing and update the payment schedule.
- **Transportation Management**:

- Manage and oversee transportation arrangements for material delivery.
- **Supplier Verification**:

- Verify the credibility and authenticity of new suppliers as per company guidelines.
