Roles and Responsibilities
- Procurement Skills Ability to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, Cost

Optimization, Market Research
- Inventory Management: Stock Monitoring: Efficient tracking and management of inventory levels to avoid

overstocking or stockouts. Familiarity with stock management practices like First In, First Out (FIFO) or Last In, First

Out (LIFO) or weighted average, Ensuring accurate records of stock, purchases, and inventory.
- Documentation and Compliance: Purchase Orders: Ability to prepare and process purchase orders efficiently.

Maintaining documentation of purchases, receipts, and supplier agreements. Knowledge of GST and other applicable

laws.
- Technical Skills: ERP/Inventory Software: Familiarity with tools like SAP, Oracle, or Tally for managing procurement

and inventory, Analyzing inventory data to forecast needs and identify trends. Especially Excel for maintaining

records and reports.
- Communication and Negotiation, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Problem-Solving.
- Diploma/B.tech - Mechanical
- Knowledge of ERP
- Experience on material storage and issuing process
- Should have some knowledge of machinery parts, material type, etc
- Can make monthly stock and shortage analysis
- ABC Analysis
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and understanding of supply chain procedures
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
