**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, and quality control.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of on-site activities, including daily progress reports, safety meetings, and incident reports.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff, including laborers, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise on-site in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
