**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Expert in managing online operations and E-commerce portals like Amazon,Flipkart, First Cry,Meesho etc.
- Ensure 100% compliance with day-to-day Marketplace operations.
- Responsible for increasing sales and achieving set sales targets.
- Devising sales strategy and executing the same across all channels.
- E-commerce payment reconciliation, Deals, Coupons, Reviews & Ratings, A+ Content, Catalogue improvement, Keyword updation.
- Managing customer queries across various platforms.
- Above 2-4 year’s experience
- Leadership skills to manage a team and work with multiple stakeholders
- Work with uncertainty at ease while meeting multiple project deadlines
- Team player, with strong communication and influencing skills
- Good command of spoken and written English

1. Bachelors or master’s degree in marketing or a related field

2. Solid experience in e-commerce, preferably working within the Amazon ecosystem

3. Experience working with all ecommerce store

4. Hands-on with Amazon PPC, Facebook, and Google ads.

5. 2+ years of proven working experience as an E-Commerce Operations Manager for Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces.

6. Experience with E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors

7. Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting, and content management systems and processes

8. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
