**Accounts Officer (Gurgaon)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial data
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, variances, and trends
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including GST and TDS
- Prepare and file periodic tax returns and reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax consultants
- Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Tally
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication (English-Hindi) and interpersonal skills
